No payment is taken at the time of booking unless you choose to pay in full.
By booking with HUSH Therapies, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all appointments, whether booked online, in person or by phone.
• A completed consultation form must be submitted before attending
• Valid card details are required to secure your appointment
• Our 48 hour cancellation policy applies:
More than 48 hours notice – no charge
24 to 48 hours notice – 50% of the treatment price
Less than 24 hours notice – 100% of the treatment price
Failure to attend without notice – 100% of the treatment price
• Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and subject to the same notice periods
• Membership sessions are treated the same as paid appointments. Missed or late cancelled appointments will result in the session being deducted
• Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full charge
By providing your card details, you authorise HUSH Therapies to charge any applicable fees in line with these terms.
