Thermal Balance begins with the slow introduction of heated stones and warm oils across your back, shoulders and scalp. Warmth is layered in gradually, creating a comforting, generous opening that immediately encourages your body to unwind.
The experience then transitions into cooling care for your skin, using chilled facial globes applied with smooth, soothing movements. This cooling phase feels fresh and composed, offering a gentle contrast to the warmth while remaining calm and effortless to receive.
A calming scalp massage completes the treatment, bringing everything together in a way that feels seamless and deeply luxurious. An optional nourishing hair oil may be applied and left in to rinse away at home, extending the sense of indulgence beyond your time at HUSH.
