Extended Full Body Massage in Llandudno at HUSH, known as RESET, is a longer, comprehensive head-to-toe treatment designed to provide complete attention within one cohesive session.
This longer appointment allows time to work methodically across the entire body, with pressure adapted to how you feel on the day. The extended duration enables areas of tension to respond gradually without unnecessary intensity.
In addition to full-body massage, focused work is included through the face, head and scalp. A nourishing leave-in hair oil may be applied during the scalp massage, allowing benefits to continue once you rinse it away at home.
Longer attention is also given to the hands and feet, ensuring the treatment feels balanced from start to finish. Where appropriate, warm stones or bamboo techniques may be incorporated selectively to support deeper muscular work.
An optional gold collagen face mask may be added for those wishing to include additional skin care within the session.
