These Terms & Conditions set out the important information for your visit to HUSH Therapies.
Please read them carefully so we can provide you with a safe, professional, and relaxing experience.

Please keep your voice low during your visit to maintain a peaceful environment.
Kindly set your mobile phone to silent or switch it off.
This consideration helps ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
BOOKING TREATMENTS
We recommend booking treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
A Medical Consultation Form must be completed before your treatment (sent automatically when booking online). Treatments cannot proceed without it. If health conditions are not disclosed in advance, HUSH Therapies reserves the right to refuse or adapt the treatment.
All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee (deposit) is required for each treatment, unless secured under our Card Capture policy.
Deposits are applied to your final balance.
Deposits must be received at least 48 hours before your appointment. HUSH Therapies reserves the right to cancel or release the appointment to another client if the deposit has not been received. Unpaid deposits are treated as unconfirmed bookings.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Offers are only valid for the dates advertised and cannot be extended.
Each offer is subject to availability and may have limited spaces.
Once an offer has expired, it cannot be backdated or applied to existing bookings.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, memberships, or vouchers unless specifically stated.
HUSH Therapies reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.
CARD CAPTURE
HUSH Therapies reserves the right to use a secure card capture system for some bookings. Card details are stored securely by our payment provider and are never visible to us.
Cards will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit or full payment is required.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, fail to attend your appointment, or if your appointment is ended due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, your card may be charged the full treatment cost.
Annual HUSH Members (paid in full upfront) are exempt from deposits, but standard cancellation charges still apply.
APPOINTMENT DETAILS
Arrival
You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early does not mean your treatment will start early; treatment time begins at your scheduled start time.
If we invite you in earlier, the treatment will still run for the booked duration.
If we are with another client, the door will remain closed until we are ready.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule and the full treatment fee will still apply.
If there is insufficient time to safely or effectively carry out the treatment, the appointment will be classed as missed and cannot be transferred to another date.
Appointment times include 5–10 minutes for consultation and changing.
Clients must wear underwear during treatments. Ladies may remove bras if they feel comfortable.
If HUSH Therapies is unable to fulfil your booked treatment, we reserve the right to offer a gift voucher for the amount paid or an alternative appointment date.
When you purchase a treatment, you are booking services with HUSH Therapies, not a specific therapist. HUSH Therapies reserves the right to change or substitute your therapist if necessary. All therapists are fully qualified.
If you request a specific therapist and they are unavailable, you may reschedule. Any payments made will be credited to your account for use within 6 months.
USE OF PRODUCTS & HEALTH
All treatments are carried out using professional-grade products that are fully insured, patch-tested, and safe for salon use.
Some treatments include essential oils. While reactions are rare, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Patch testing is optional, and by booking you acknowledge this advice and accept responsibility should you choose not to have one.
For insurance reasons, client-supplied products (including CBD oils) cannot be used.
Certain medical conditions may mean treatment is not suitable. Please disclose all relevant health information in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
More than 48 hours’ notice: deposits may be transferred to a future booking within 6 months.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: the full treatment cost will be charged.
No-shows (no cancellation given): the full treatment cost will be charged.
This applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance, including illness or personal emergencies.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking. Refunds, rebookings, or price adjustments cannot be given if discounts or promotions are released afterwards.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment.
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Treatments will not proceed if a client is intoxicated, threatening, or unsafe.
Verbal abuse, intimidation, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Therapists have the right to stop treatment and ask the client to leave. Incidents may be reported to the police.
The client remains responsible for full payment in such cases.
CHILDREN
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their supervision and behaviour at all times.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
HUSH Therapies is a non-smoking premises (including vapes and e-cigarettes).
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused treatment without refund.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A voucher number must be provided at the time of booking.
Voucher sales: Gift vouchers may be offered for sale in limited numbers and may be temporarily paused. All valid vouchers already purchased can still be redeemed within their stated validity period.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in the voucher being redeemed in full.
Late arrival resulting in insufficient time to carry out the treatment will be treated as a missed appointment and the voucher will be redeemed in full.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Unused balances are not refunded or carried forward.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
If treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by another method.
COMPETITIONS
HUSH Therapies Ltd may run competitions or prize draws from time to time. Each promotion will have its own clearly advertised terms.

Winners selected at random
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
Decisions of HUSH Therapies Ltd are final
PASSES
Valid only for the treatments stated
Must be used within the stated validity period
Non-transferable and non-refundable
Missed appointments result in loss of a session
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is available as Annual or Monthly.
Annual: £99 upfront. One-off payment. May auto-renew if purchased via GoCardless.
Monthly: £10 per month plus a £10 non-refundable joining fee.
Membership benefits begin once the first payment has cleared.
Monthly memberships have a minimum commitment of three months.
Membership is for the named member only.
Membership Availability
Membership is offered in limited numbers and may be capped at any time. A waiting list may be operated.
Member Exclusive Treatments
Available only to active HUSH Members. Bookings made by non-members will not proceed as booked. Payments will be credited for 6 months and are non-refundable.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted, except assistance dogs (please advise in advance).
LOSS OR DAMAGE
HUSH Therapies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
LIABILITY NOTICE
HUSH Therapies accepts no responsibility for accidents or injury except where caused by negligence or misconduct.
