BOOKING TREATMENTS
We recommend booking treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
- A completed Medical Consultation Form is required before treatment.
- The form is sent automatically when booking online and must be completed prior to arrival.
- If the form has not been completed in advance, time will be deducted from your scheduled treatment to allow for completion.
- Treatment will still finish at the original scheduled time.
- Full treatment charges apply.
- If insufficient time remains to safely carry out the treatment due to incomplete paperwork, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled and charged in line with the Cancellation Policy.
- All relevant medical conditions must be disclosed. Failure to disclose may result in treatment being refused or adapted without refund.
- All personal information is treated as confidential.
- Payment is not taken at the time of booking unless you choose to pay in full or advance payment is required.
- Card details may be required to secure bookings in line with the Cancellation Policy.
- Card details are stored securely by our payment provider and are not visible to HUSH Therapies.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not be adjusted if future promotions are released.
- HUSH Therapies reserves the right to amend prices or packages at any time. Confirmed bookings are unaffected.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
- Offers are valid only for the dates advertised and cannot be extended.
- All offers are subject to availability and may have limited spaces.
- Offers cannot be backdated or applied to existing bookings.
- Offers cannot be combined with loyalty points, membership savings, vouchers, or any other discounts unless explicitly stated.
- If an appointment booked under a promotion is cancelled and rebooked outside the promotional period, the standard treatment price will apply.
- Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply in full to all promotional bookings.
HUSH Therapies reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
LOYALTY PROGRAMME
- Applies to full-price treatments only.
- Points expire 12 months from issue.
- Maximum redemption: £10 per appointment.
- Cannot be combined with promotions or membership savings.
- Applied after gift vouchers.
- Non-transferable and have no cash value.
- HUSH Therapies reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time.
PAYMENT & CARD CAPTURE
- HUSH Therapies operates a secure card capture system to protect appointment time.
- Card details are stored securely by our payment provider and are not accessible to HUSH Therapies.
- Cards are not charged at the time of booking unless full payment is required.
- By providing card details, you authorise HUSH Therapies to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, HUSH Therapies reserves the right to recover any associated fees and suspend future bookings until the matter is resolved.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from general availability once confirmed.
Notice Periods
- Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice – no charge.
- Cancellations or rescheduling between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment – 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
- Failure to attend without notice (no-show) – 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and is subject to the same notice periods and charges.
Charges apply regardless of the reason for cancellation or change, including illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances.
Payments & Credit
- Where payment has been made in advance, any refundable balance remaining after cancellation charges will be held as credit on the client’s account for up to 6 months from the original appointment date.
- Credits must be used within this 6-month period. After 6 months, any unused credit will be retained.
- Payments are non-refundable. Any eligible balance will be retained as account credit in line with this policy.
- Any deposit or advance payment made towards an appointment will be applied in accordance with this Cancellation Policy. Where cancellation charges apply, the deposit or advance payment will be retained in full or part-payment of the applicable fee.
Rescheduling Limits
- Appointments may be rescheduled once with more than 48 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling is subject to the same notice periods and applicable charges as cancellations.
- Any additional changes to the same booking will result in the appointment being treated as cancelled and the applicable cancellation charge applied.
- A maximum of two rescheduled appointments is permitted within any rolling three-month period.

Repeated Cancellations or Diary Instability
Where a client repeatedly cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend appointments, HUSH Therapies reserves the right to:
- Require full prepayment at the time of booking
- Limit future booking privileges
- Apply cancellation charges in full for any further changes, regardless of notice period.
This ensures fairness to all clients and protects appointment availability.
Membership Appointments
- Membership appointments are subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.
- Late cancellations or missed membership appointments will result in the session being forfeited or the applicable charge being applied.
- Membership does not exempt clients from cancellation fees or rescheduling limits.
APPOINTMENT DETAILS
Arrival
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Early arrival does not guarantee an earlier start time.
- The door remains closed while treatments are in progress.
Late Arrival
- Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment.
- Full treatment fees still apply.
- If insufficient time remains to safely carry out the treatment, the appointment will be classed as a no-show and charged accordingly.
- Appointment times include consultation and changing time.
- Underwear must be worn during treatments.
- Bookings are made with HUSH Therapies, not a specific therapist.
- Therapist substitutions may occur where necessary.
- If HUSH needs to reschedule due to therapist unavailability, payments will be credited for use within 6 months.
BEHAVIOUR & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.
- Inappropriate comments or behaviour will result in immediate termination of treatment.
- Intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe clients will be refused treatment without refund.
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
- Incidents may be reported to the police.
- Full treatment charges apply in such circumstances.
USE OF PRODUCTS & HEALTH
- Professional, insured products are used at all times.
- Essential oils may be used during treatments. Patch testing is advised for sensitive skin or allergies.
- By booking, you acknowledge this advice.
- Client-supplied products cannot be used.
- Undisclosed medical conditions may result in treatment refusal without refund.
CHILDREN
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible at all times.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES
- HUSH Therapies is a non-smoking premises (including vapes and e-cigarettes)
- Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused treatment without refund.
GIFT VOUCHERS
- Gift vouchers are released at selected times during the year and may not always be available for purchase.
- Voucher details must be provided at booking.
- Valid for 12 months from purchase.
- It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to book and attend within the 12-month validity period.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed close to the expiry date.
- Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or redeemed.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in full voucher redemption.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid.
COMPETITIONS
HUSH Therapies Ltd may run competitions or prize draws. Each promotion will have its own terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Open to UK residents aged 18+
- Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative
- Decisions are final
PASSES
- Valid only for the treatments stated
- Must be used within the stated validity period
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
- Missed appointments result in loss of a session
MEMBERSHIP
Annual Membership: £99 paid upfront
Monthly Membership: £10 per month plus £10 non-refundable joining fee
Minimum commitment for Monthly Membership: 3 months
- Benefits begin once payment has cleared.
- Membership is non-transferable and for the named member only.
- Cancellation and no-show charges apply to all memberships.
- Membership availability may be limited and subject to availability.
ANIMALS
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted. Advance notice is required.
LOSS, DAMAGE & LIABILITY
- HUSH Therapies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Clients attend and receive treatments at their own risk.
- Liability is limited to cases of negligence or misconduct.
- HUSH Therapies reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always apply.
